Here is some information about the loans we are originating.
We primarily loan to professional borrowers for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating investment property for resale. We also originate equity loans for other investments such as apartment houses, commercial, industrial, churches and heirs to an estate. We do not make owner occupied loans.
Currently, many of our loans are made to professional borrowers, who borrow over and over for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating property for resale.
As an example, we have financed purchases and projects for one of our borrowers, a contractor, on more than 100 properties per year for the past 7 years. He has an excellent payment and produces quality construction.
